Hickman Steels International Ltd (HSI) is a steel logistics company based in the UK.  HSI was formed in 1978 and developed a reputation in the transportation industry, supplying special high-strength, lightweight, hot-rolled steel sections for trailer and freight container manufacturers in Europe and the Far East.  HSI's product range was then further enlarged with the addition of hot-rolled structural sections used in the offshore, construction and conveyor industries.  HSI has supplied up to US$1 million in a single export contract.  Projects have included the supply of materials and services for offshore oil rigs, electricity generation, aerospace and similar prestigious industries.  A range of European and American steel sections is available ex stock, from UK, US or continental warehouses.
